The purpose of this role is to assist the supervisor to update component status and report to the Workshop Supervisor, ensure delivery on time and maintain highest quality standards including SH& E standards.
The purpose of this role is to assist the supervisor to update component status and report to the Workshop Supervisor, ensure delivery on time and maintain highest quality standards including SH& E standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Organize working environments.
- Coordinate with support shops and other sections for production requirements.
- Issuing CRS to serviceable parts.
- Help the Supervisor to manage workshop available manpower and recourses.
- Control component production & avoid any delay.
- Assist supervisor to monitor production efficiency of manpower.
- Help to improve ongoing procedures to improve overall productivity.
- Ensure all works are carried out efficiently and they meet high quality standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure SH& E standards compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Aeronautical license and Diploma /equivalent qualification in applicable engineering, science discipline in or related fields.
- Extensive background knowledge in workshops. A minimum of 4 years on Airbus aircraft in the allocated workshop with License/ Approval on the relevant component maintenance & overhaul.
- Excellent English communication skills
- PC literate
- Familiarity with airline operations
- Ability to lead a team.
- Willing to work under harsh weather conditions and in rotating shift patters.
